CNC Milling and Turning

We are equipped with a complete array of tooling for machining in aluminum, steel and stainless steel.
Our largest CNC milling machine can easily manufacture large high precision parts. Our machines and cutting areas are also equipped with heavy lifting equipment in order to ensure that even large parts and raw materials are handled with ease.
Maximum Workpiece Size: 1200mm wide x 600mm high x unlimited length (contact us for details on parts in excess of 3000mm long)
Our largest lathe can fabricate precision turnings and custom threads with diameters up to 250mm in a wide array of materials including hardened steels.

Laboratory Testing

Our state of the art R&D and testing laboratory has a number of testing capabilities.  A two axis shake table allows for testing of models and concepts at accelerations up to 2Gs, while our full size test rigs allow for testing of specimens of varying types and operating mechanisms and large response force magnitudes e.g. 1,500kn (325kip).

Welding

We are equipped to weld steel, stainless and aluminum of varying sizes. Our welding stations are equipped with heavy lifting equipment in order to assist in manipulating welded parts and assemblies with ease.
Our focus is on consistent quality and we often custom build jigs and work holdings to ensure high-quality work whether it’s the first or the hundredth part.

Assembly and Finishing

With heavy lifting capabilities, experienced staff and painting capabilities we can do more than just manufacture parts.

Our painting capabilities include a wide range of finishes including alkyd, polyurethane and epoxies.

We are further equipped to perform complex assembly tasks from simple mechanical assembly to full wiring and commissioning of large products.
